More on modern applications of the fourteenth amendment: the lawsuit finled by Madalyn Murry O'Hair, in Baltimore Maryland in 1963, and one more at the same time in Pennsylvania were both combined and won in the Supreme Court, setting a precedent that in public school, we no longer must pray and endure religious bullying by teachers.
